Helping Kids be Kids
The Pioneer Bank Foundation is committed to "helping kids be kids." To achieve this mission we are giving to local charitable organizations in our communities that focus on education, nutrition, clothing, and housing, while recognizing the meaningful connections our employees have with these causes.

What Sets The Pioneer Bank Foundation Apart?
Contribution Decisions Made by Employees
We encourage our employees to get involved in the community and understand that each and every one of them has a meaningful connection to a cause. That is why we are putting the power into our employee's hands on deciding which organizations we contribute to through the Making Change Committee.
Pioneer Bank Foundation's Making Change Committee provides financial support and encourages involvement in the communities we serve, with a focus on enhancing the lives of our youth. Pioneer Bank's employees generously give their time to take a leadership role in setting the direction for our charitable giving and volunteer efforts. Every year, our committee members, coworkers, family, and friends participate in fund-raising and charity events throughout the area, raising thousands of dollars to help local organizations.
To make a charitable request, you must establish a Pioneer Bank employee link prior to the request being completed. The employee can assist you with submitting your request to the committee.
Active Employee Participation; It's Not Just About Writing a Check
The Pioneer Bank Foundation will provide resources, both financially and with the time and talent of our employees. Yearly, Pioneer Bank employees log over 8,000 volunteer hours.
In the spirit of helping kids be kids, the Pioneer Bank Foundation is hosting a Grand Carnival! Learn more about this family-friendly community event and how you can help contribute to a brighter future for the kids in the communities we serve.
